A native of Prague Czech Republic I have taken modern ballet and alternative dance since early age After moving to Belgium for professional reasons I completed a Bachelors Degree in Sport Management and Nutrition and became certified as a Personal Trainer and Lifestyle coach I am the Team Coordinator and Manager of the Sports Club in the European Parliament I became a Zumba and Piloxing Intstructor and recently qualified as a Yoga teacher certified by the International Yoga Alliance Alongside fitness classes I practice and teach Hatha yoga
