Once registered you will receive an e-mail with instructions on how to access your Piloxing Instructor Workshop Materials. You will also receive a discount code that will allow you to order a (1) pair of Piloxing Gloves from our Piloxing online shop at no cost (shipping not included). We do NOT require you to have your gloves in time for your workshop, shipping time will vary depending on regions. THE BARRE - you will need a barre, or a tool to use as a barre, during the training day. Ideal height is between 36-42 inches, and must be sturdy.

Barre

The ballet workout with the boxing component. It’s not your average barre workout, as we’ve added cardio and lots of arm work. Focusing on flexibility and muscle tone, our punched up Barre program is high-energy, yet low-impact.
