I am a person who enjoys movement like soccer, dancing, Pilates, weight lifting and cycling. I have never really enjoyed yoga, but I found that Pilates was more my style. 15 years ago I became a Group Fitness instructor and I specialized in Kickboxing. That was and still is my passion to this day. Three years ago I extended my training and I certified as a Personal Trainer. But as an instructor and a trainer, one starts to realize that certain exercises are not good for certain injuries. So, unfortunately I had to give up kickboxing because of a back and neck injury from years ago. When I came across Piloxing and Knockout I knew I had found my new love all combined into one fun workout!!! And I cannot wait to get started!!!
