My name is Karolina and I'm a Piloxing SSP instructor. I've always loved dynamic sport activities like long-distance running and swimming. For over 20 years, I've been practicing various types of cardio and interval training (step aerobic, ABT, DeepWork, etc.). In 2018, I discovered Piloxing and fell in love with the program! Becoming a Piloxing instructor opens a new chapter in my fitness adventure. I'm looking forward to sharing the Piloxing energy with everyone who's looking for power, grace and fun in one workout!
