In 2016 I changed jobs and got a chance to try something new my employer offered me the opportunity to join a dance and fitness club Tantsugeen Estonia After my first Piloxing class I was sold Piloxing is my favourite as it has the right pace the right movements and it is fun and empoweringPrior to Piloxing I had been doing dance since childhood Yoga and Pilates since my teenage years and gym training since graduating from university Everything has had its magic but it has not exceed my first encounter with PiloxingAt the end of summer 2019 I moved to Denmark and the nearest Piloxing training is two hours train ride away so after moving two times and settling in I made myself a birthday gift and decided it was time to become a Piloxing instructor
