Piloxing has completely influenced my life over the past 8 years since I found it in Chicago and began teaching I have been able to share my passion and teach others in many different locations and cities over the years Piloxing to me encompasses several attributes that are a womangrace strength control and power just to name a few Piloxing and its programs are so much more than a workout and I am blessed to continue to teach and introduce this amazing program every week
