I am Fitness Instructor ETM with a passion for group exercise Since September 2017 I have been teaching Piloxing SSP in the community and absolutely love the programme especially seeing the positive differences it makes to my participants physiques balance coordination overall fitness levels and general well being I also teach other dance and ballet based fitness classes too
