CATALINA ALBU Catalina sa nascut n Romania unde la varsta de sase ani a inceput viata de fitness cu BadmintonA participat la diferite concursuri nationale ajungand la prima poziie national mai muli ani consecutivi A fost membru al echipei nationale la Campionatul European din Romania in Danemarca anul 2002 anul 2004 Catalina sa mutat in Italia unde a absolvit cursul de Personal trainer instructor aerobic si step Pole Sport Yogaflex Fitness si multe alte programe de fitness In 2014 a devenit Instructor Piloxing SSP Piloxing Barre si Piloxing Knockout The Mix by Piloxing Dupa aproximativ un an de predare sa calificat ca Master Trainer in toate disciplinele firmate Piloxing Catalina was born in Romania where at the age of six she began her agonistic life with Badminton She participated in various national competitions reaching the first national position for several consecutive years She was a member of the roumanian national team at the European Championship in Denmark 2002 and 2004 Catalina moved to Italy where she graduated the course of Personal Trainer Aerobic instructor and step PoleSport Yogaflex Fitness and many other fitness programs In 2014 she became an Instructor of all Piloxing programs About a year later of teaching she qualified as Master Trainer in all Piloxing disciplines
