I am 44 years old and have been a nurse since the age of 19 I have always been interested in exercise and have tried many different forms of exercise but I love Piloxing I love the energy the work the loud music and it is a fun class Before you know it the hour is over and everyone is happy I am excited to be a part of that I have no previous experience teaching any form of exercise so this is completely out of my comfort zone But I am excited for the opportunity and challenge I am married and a mother of three super active kids
