Jenna is a professionally trained dancer who holds a Masters degree in Exercise Science. Jenna has a passion for fitness that resonates in all aspects of her life. As a dancer Jenna appreciates classes that are fun effective and use great music to keep you motivated. As a former Division 1 Strength Coach Jenna enjoys teaching classes that are focused on building athleticism. Jenna is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist NSCA a Certified Personal Trainer (NSCA), a Certified Group Exercise Instructor (AFAA), a Fitness Nutrition Specialist (ACE), as well as being a Certified Red Cross CPR and AED Instructor.
