The PILOXING Academy is currently offering PILOXING Level One Instructor Training Workshops.

PILOXING is an exciting, new inter-disciplinary program that uniquely mixes Pilates and boxing moves into a calorie blasting, muscle toning, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip your students into shape, using a class format that’s both fun and challenging. In this workshop intensive, you’ll learn the training methodology, concepts, principles and moves that make PILOXING such an effective, in-demand program. We will provide you with all the tools and resources you will need to successfully teach a full-length PILOXING Level One class.
