About Sara Vorce
Sara Vorce is a Certified Pilates Instructor and a staff Pilates Instructor at V Pilates who has combined her passion and dedication to movement with her love of people and teaching.
Sara is a graduate of George Mason University's School of Dance and has trained and taught dance all across the United States.
Sara first discovered Pilates while pursuing her dance career in New York City. While there she received her Pilates mat certification from Core Pilates NYC. Always seeking to advance her skill and training, she attained a Comprehensive Pilates Certification from Core Dynamics Pilates, an Instructor Training by master trainer Michele Larsson. Sara is also currently completing a 200-hour Yoga certification program.
Sara draws from her knowledge of movement and fitness to provide Pilates programs that suit clients of all ages and levels of ability. Her clients are able to improve their posture, loose weight, tone muscle, increase strength and flexibility, and recover from injury.
Sara's attention to technique, training, and love of teaching was immediately recognized by V Pilates Owner and PILOXING creator Viveca Jensen and Sara was invited to participate in the PILOXING DVD and to become a PILOXING Master Trainer. Sara currently teaches PILOXING, and PILOXING Barre at the PILOXING Studio.
Having studied under some of the most prominent dance, Pilates and fitness professionals in the country, Sara is able to leverage her wide array of experience to help each client reach their full potential.
When it comes to mind, body, and wellness, Sara knows it, teaches it, and lives it!
