About Jessica Dicksa
Jessica Dicksa was born and raised in Philadelphia and has always been fascinated with health, nutrition and fitness. As a child, she was a competitive gymnast and throughout college played softball, lacrosse and was on the rowing team for LaSalle University.
Jessica pursued another passion in college and received a B.F.A in Theatre Arts and Creative Writing from West Chester University. Upon moving cross-country to Los Angeles and missing her days as an athlete, Jessica decided to try Pilates. After one session with trainer Cortney Gornall, she was hooked. She loved the feeling of gaining strength, flexibility and focus! She began training privately with Ivon Dahl, Master Pilates Instructor, and received her International Pilates Certificate!
To stay in shape both physically and mentally, Jessica enjoys hiking, Pilates and LOVES Piloxing; created by studio owner Viveca Jensen.
She is thrilled to be teaching Circuit Reformer classes and delights in her clients' extreme dedication, hard work, and the amazing results seen in their bodies, as well as their confidence! She is also looking forward to becoming a Certified Piloxing Instructor in the next few months! Jessica is excited to bring her knowledge and passion to her clients and does so in an energetic and positive way!
